 ut.\nBio: \nKirstyn has a true passion for staffing\, organizational cult
 ure and leadership effectiveness. With over 20 years of experience in HR a
 nd Global Staffing in both APAC and North America\, she has gained insight
  into the operations\, cultures\, safety and outcomes of thousands of comp
 anies. Kirstyn has worked in the technical fields\, professional services 
 and manufacturing companies within her career and has been a true partner 
 and consultant.\nKirstyn's passion in Organizational Culture and Leadershi
 p stems from a young age where she was involved with her father’s consul
 ting business specializing in Human Synergistics programs\, this pointed h
 er to a degree in HR and Marketing\, further studies with Purdue Universit
 y and an Accreditation with Human Synergistics.\nKirstyn launched her own 
 consulting and staffing company in 2021 to focus on placing people in comp
 anies that have great cultures and she helps companies find talent who are
  a true match\, this is something she saw lacking from larger staffing com
 panies.\nWithin Kirstyn's roles in Global Staffing and Business consulting
  she will give us an insight into the areas that can really make a differe
