The Southwest Metro Human Resources Association (SWMHRA) seeks Vendor Sponsors
Our growing group of HR Professionals are in a variety of leadership and generalist roles at local companies. We meet regularly each month to discuss leading edge educational HR-related topics and to network and share up-to-date information. Our website (www.swmhra.org) includes a Member Directory, HR Discussion Forum and HR Links. Our network can create visibility for your organization. As a sponsor, you can participate in hosting a meeting or have recognition on our website.

VENDOR SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
If you are an HR-related vendor interested in promoting your products/services to our group, there are several ways to sponsor SWMHRA:
“Website” Vendor Sponsor
List your company on our “Vendor Sponsors” area on www.swmhra.org. This prominent front page link includes a brief description of your company, contact details, and logo. Cost is $500/listing per year.
“Meeting” Vendor Sponsor
This opportunity allows you a chance to stand in front of SWMHRA members and speak about your organization for a few minutes before the start of a SWMHRA event. Vendors basically make a sales call to a large group of their target audience all at once – and can stay for the meeting to hand out business cards/literature and network afterwards. Cost is $500/meeting.
“Breakfast/Marketing Items” Vendor Sponsor
You can provide food, refreshments AND promotional/marketing items for a SWMHRA Meeting to “get the word out” about your business. This type of sponsorship is free but must be approved in advance and coordinate with any similar sponsors above.
OTHER WAYS FOR VENDORS TO BE INVOLVED IN SWMHRA
For-profit HR vendors are not allowed to join SWMHRA, but they can be sponsors (above) or can get involved in these other ways:
BE A SPEAKER
SWMHRA is currently accepting speaker proposals for the upcoming program year. SWMHRA does a variety of programming to include one-hour briefings, seminars lasting several hours in length and conferences lasting a day or longer. We invite you to submit a proposal to share your experience and expertise with us. Please complete our Speaker Proposal here
HOST A MEETING
If your company or place of business would like to host a SWMHRA meeting, please contact email@example.com. Our meetings are 2-3 hours and include 45-50 participants. You would need conference and parking space for a large group, and be able to provide room set-up and any speaker-requested equipment needed. Vendor hosts would need to be coordinated with the other types of “Vendor” sponsors listed above.
NETWORK WITH US ON HR ARTICLES, LINKS AND JOB OPENINGS
