The Southwest Metro Human Resources Association (SWMHRA) seeks Vendor Sponsors

Our expanding network of HR professionals within the southwest metropolitan area of the Twin Cities, hold diverse leadership and generalist roles within local companies. Members meet monthly to discuss cutting-edge HR topics, share industry insights and network. By sponsoring our group, your business can gain increased visibility, with opportunities to host a meeting or receive recognition on our website.

VENDOR SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

If your products or services are of value to HR professionals or their organizations, we invite you to connect with our group through the following affordable marketing opportunities.

Tier I – Website and Meeting Sponsor

This sponsorship includes your company logo displayed on the SWMHRA home page and sponsors section on www.swmhra.org. This high-visibility front-page feature includes a direct link to your company’s website. Additionally, this sponsorship provides an opportunity to address SWMHRA members directly, giving a brief presentation about your organization before the start of a SWMHRA meeting. Sponsors will be invited to stay for the remainder of the meeting to distribute business cards and literature, and network with members afterward.

The cost is $500 per year.

Tier II – Location and Refreshment Sponsor

This sponsorship includes promoting your business by hosting a SWMHRA meeting at your company’s location southwest of the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Your location would need to accommodate between 25-40 participants, including parking spaces and a meeting room equipped with the technology needed for a speaker to successfully present to the group. Additionally, this sponsorship provides an opportunity to briefly present your business’ products or services before the start of a SWMHRA meeting and network with members afterward.

The cost is to provide a light breakfast and/or refreshments while hosting the meeting at your company’s location.

Tier III – Breakfast/Refreshment Sponsor

This sponsorship includes promoting your products or services with a brief presentation and/or marketing materials before the start of a SWMHRA meeting. Sponsors will be invited to stay for the remainder of the meeting and network with members afterward.

The cost is to provide a light breakfast and/or refreshments during an in-person meeting.

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO GET INVOLVED WITH SWMHRA

For-profit HR vendors are not allowed to join SWMHRA, but can be sponsors (as listed above) or can get involved in the following ways:

Be a Speaker

This opportunity allows a speaker to present either in-person or virtually on an HR-related topic tailored to a group of HR professionals ranging from HR generalists to HR leaders for roughly one hour and 15 minutes. SWMHRA is currently accepting speaker proposals for the upcoming program year and we invite you to submit a speaker proposal to administrator@swmhra.org. Please include a brief description of the HR-related topic, your business/experience and how members can benefit from your knowledge and expertise.

Network with our SWMHRA LinkedIn Group
