Andy Goldman-Gray, Founding Partner, AGG Marketing
The pressure to recruit and engage champions is facing change, more rapidly than ever before. Today’s candidates aren’t looking for the same things, and your recruitment communication needs to reflect that. The desire for purpose in what we buy, where we work and how we spend our time is universal. Whether you are a nonprofit seeking new champions, a foundation seeking new investors, or a company seeking the best talent, your ability to Connect People with Purpose is critical. Learn how employer branding is an essential part of the employee value proposition during this dynamic presentation.
Andy Goldman-Gray founded AGG Marketing in 2012 after a successful career leading marketing and development functions at Twin Cities United Way, GiveMN and other civic organizations. AGG works with purpose-driven brands, both corporate and civic, to help tell stories that inspire action. Then, in 2016 he and his partner developed their “Pinnacle of Purpose” employer brand model and Magnetic Employer Branding was born. Andy has deep experience in marketing, promotions, employee engagement and employer branding, program design, sponsorship and campaign management. Magnetic has worked on Employer Brands at large, mid-sized and small employers including finance, manufacturing and healthcare companies as well as government and civic organizations. Andy is Magnetic’s resident brand strategist and understands the magic is in the execution. Andy serves as board chair of Hands On Twin Cities and was the Recognition and Engagement Chair for all 10,000 Super Bowl volunteers.
