Beth Wellesley, Founder & President at Promoting Brilliance
Promoting Brilliance programs are designed to create collaborative communication within organizational cultures. The purpose of this session is to embrace values that provide the equilibrium for empathy and candor. It’s all about balance. This is a key to creating cultural change. Developing communication skills and awareness is critical for delivering cultural change. Successful teams have a job to do, and each member depends on others for success. No one-size-fits-all model exists for success, yet the versatility of Promoting Brilliance’s content and services deliver the ingredients to engage effectively with colleagues and customers. The range of customer relationships goes beyond clients and consumers, many exist within your own organization. Promoting Brilliance’s content focuses on cultural change by demonstrating how to think differently about your organization – and how to integrate four service groups, which includes: you, your colleagues, your organization, and your customers.
