Please join us in person at the Shutterfly Eden Prairie location for an expanded, content‑packed session focused on modern compensation planning and total rewards strategies.

Featured Session:

Demystifying Total Rewards: Untangling Base and Incentive Pay in a Transparent World

In this engaging, forward‑thinking session, we will explore the latest trends shaping today’s compensation and benefits landscape. Attendees will gain:

  • Practical strategies for interpreting and leveraging market pricing data—including niche roles and post‑pandemic market shifts
  • Insights into emerging pay transparency laws, with a spotlight on Minnesota’s 2025 salary range disclosure requirements
  • Clarity on the differences between incentives and bonuses, plus new trends in incentive design
  • Approaches for effectively communicating total rewards to improve understanding, trust, and engagement

You’ll leave with actionable tools and fresh perspectives to navigate today’s evolving compensation environment—from managing Gen Z expectations to building transparency into pay practices.
