- Ryan Buhrke – Director, Total Rewards, Edmentum; Board Member, TCCN
Ryan brings nearly two decades of experience across manufacturing, technology, retail, and financial services. His data‑informed, behavioral‑economics approach strengthens incentive design, global rewards, and executive compensation. He holds a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology as well as CCP and GRP certifications from WorldatWork.
- Chris Ball – Lead Business Consultant, InnoVyne Technologies
Chris specializes in incentive compensation management, leading enterprise implementations and managed services at InnoVyne. He oversees their Compensation Administration Program, helping organizations streamline testing, modeling, and deployment. His background includes software development and five years of instructional experience.
