Description:
Historically, SWMHRA has hosted an annual holiday celebration event in December. This year, we aim to redirect our efforts towards giving back to our community.
You are invited to join us for our “SWMHRA Gives Back” event on Thursday, December 11, from 8:00 am – 10:00 am at MATTER in St. Louis Park.
Let’s work together to make a difference!
What is MATTER?
MATTER is all about creating a world where people and communities can thrive. Their mission is to help people launch projects that make a real difference. From packing healthy snack kits to repurposing medical supplies, they partner with volunteers and organizations to spark meaningful change—both locally and globally.
Last year, MATTER distributed nearly 400,000 snack packs across our community and beyond, and this year, they are on track to surpass that number! MATTER focuses on sustainable solutions that empower people and reduce waste. Through the dedication of their partners and volunteers, MATTER has impacted millions of lives in over 70 countries—proving that together, they can create a world where everyone truly matters.
