Description:
Wallin Education Partners is a nonprofit that serves high-potential scholars from under-resourced, inner-city communities. They equip scholars with the skills, experience, and networks employers need. By bridging the gap between emerging talent and changing workforce demands, Wallin helps employers build more diverse, reliable talent pipelines and lower long-term hiring risk.
This interactive session will:
- Highlight key elements of Wallin’s career curriculum that translate into on-the-job readiness
- Share measurable outcomes and insights from the Career Accelerator program
- Showcase examples of employer partnerships that produced hire-ready candidates and scalable talent pipelines
Wallin also wants our input: What skills, experiences, and hiring practices would make a nonprofit partnership most valuable to your organization?
Join us to explore practical ways strategic collaboration can reduce recruiting friction, improve retention, and expand access to qualified, diverse talent.
