Description:
Have you ever felt stressed out, anxious, or overwhelmed by the events and circumstances in your day-to-day life? Do you ever feel like you are stuck in survival mode? Do you wish you felt more confident on how to handle challenging or difficult situations in a healthy and positive way? Then you need to join us as Kris teaches us the three keys to navigating challenging days and difficult circumstances, without sacrificing what matters most.
The first key you will learn in this presentation will be how to have the circumstance, without the circumstance having you. In addition, you will learn how to neutralize the experience, as well as how to use challenging circumstances to uncover the new possibilities that are seeking to emerge. When you integrate the 3 keys into your day-to-day life, you will find yourself feeling more connected to and supported in the relationships that matter most to you and, feel better equipped to harness the opportunities available to you inside the challenge. These keys will help you access and tap into all the ideas, resources and support you need to successfully navigate the challenges and difficulties you are facing.
