Sustaining and maintaining a culture that employees can thrive in takes intention and patience as the patterns of relating create psychological safety, and unleash more creativity. How we engage and respond to those everyday frustrations has the power to build strength and resiliency. These concepts built from TheraRising Inc., have been taught across the globe for over 30 years.
In this session, members will learn to:

- Learn the 9 stages of how unresolved disagreements become destructive to productivity, and how you can influence change
- Discover the small things that make the biggest difference in maintaining a thriving culture.

Speaker Bio:
Julie is the founder of Innovative Growth LLC, with 25 years’ experience as a workplace consultant and facilitator. She started her career with Dale Carnegie Training in 1998 as a consultant and worked with the MN franchise’s largest clients, specializing in leadership development. She maintains her certifications as a
trusted Dale Carnegie trainer and partner. In 2008, she partnered with Thera Rising Inc. to specialize in workplace conflict and built accreditation in workplace conflict resolution to facilitate sessions for groups and between individuals. She is a certified in the DiSC assessment tool as well.
The Innovative Growth framework of Reframe, Rebuild, Restore, Resilience has created a pathway for clients to reframe how they see workplace mistrust or tension, work together to rebuild healthy group behaviors and norms, and restore communication between work groups.

Parking:
- Parking is available on site at the front of the building (east side) and along the north side of the building.
- If the parking lot is full, you can go up the road to the Savage Public Library, park at the back of their lot (which is closest to Beckhoff), and walk along the sidewalk back over to Beckhoff.
Visitor Check-in:
- Entering the building:
- When arriving at Beckoff, you will need to be let in the main entrance. There should be someone at the front desk who will do that automatically.
- If someone is not there, please ring the doorbell and someone will buzz you in.
- Checking in:
- Once you are inside the building, you can use the lobby check-in kiosk to sign-in. Be sure to fully navigate through the instructions.
- If you are not in the system or cannot find your name, please speak with the Administrative Specialist.
