Description:
Healthy cultures aren’t built on their own, they are often unknowingly created within the small, seemingly insignificant interactions throughout the day. Sustaining and maintaining a culture that employees can thrive in takes intention and patience as the patterns of relating create psychological safety, and unleash more creativity. These concepts built from TheraRising Inc., have been taught across the globe for over 30 years.
In this session, members will learn to:
- Recognize the seemingly insignificant interactions that foster a culture of mistrust and tension OR respect and resiliency
- Learn the 9 stages of how unresolved disagreements become destructive to productivity, and how you can influence change
- Discover the small things that make the biggest difference in maintaining a thriving culture.
