Description:

In today’s diverse workplaces, conflict is inevitable but doesn’t have to be destructive. Join us for an engaging session to explore how different perspectives shape conflict, why misunderstandings arise, and how leaders can turn those challenges into opportunities for growth and unity. Through practical techniques like the SEED Method, active listening, and disarming strategies, you’ll gain tools to lead with emotional intelligence and resolve conflicts effectively. Attendees will participate in a case study exercise to apply these techniques, leaving with actionable steps to foster a more cohesive and resilient team.
