Description:
This presentation brings a fresh perspective to HR by incorporating “objective” human insight and innovation to tackle current employee challenges like AI, engagement, leadership, and mergers/acquisitions.
Real-life examples will highlight the importance of first understanding innate qualities from “others’ perspective” to enhance development, communication, trust, loyalty, collaboration, and performance. It also introduces a new strategy for building talent adaptability within organizations.
The presentation aims to introduce a new angle of self-awareness that:
– Addresses multiple challenges at one time
– Inspires and avoids diagnosis that creates defensiveness
– Is understandable & immediately applicable
– Creates sustainable communication, collaboration, and engagement.
