Bio:
Judy Praska graduated from Loras College with a Mathematics degree and secondary education/coaching certificate. At Loras she ran Cross-Country two years and then played basketball for a year. She has a Master’s degree from the University of Iowa in Sports, Health, Leisure Studies with an emphasis in Sports Administration.
Judy is the owner of Fastest Labs of Bloomington, Coon Rapids and Chanhassen. In this role she is responsible for all aspects of the business. Fastest Labs is a franchise, and the Bloomington location is the first one for the state of Minnesota.
Judy has over 30 years of experience. She went from knowing nothing about drug testing to now being a leader in the area as a highly rated drug testing business. Her practical experience in the day-to-day operation is extremely beneficial to companies so they understand all aspects of testing and why. She has been with Fastest Labs for over 5 years and now has three locations to serve the metro area. Fastest Labs of Bloomington, Chanhassen and Coon Rapids are certified as a women owned business.

Parking & Arrival:
- You may park for free in either the north or south parking lots or in the covered ramp (see signs for visitor parking).
- Once in the building, take elevators to the 5th floor. (Elevators are on the west side of the building). You will see signage near the elevators for the entrance to Boulay.
